Lost Packages

• Clara Lifestyle is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
• The customer is responsible for contacting their local post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service

• Once your packaged has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier for updates on your package.
• We are not responsible for packages once they are with the shipping company.
• International addresses outside Canada may be charged customs fees. We are not responsible for customs fees or any additional charges you may incur.
